Returns & Exchanges Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 45 days of the original purchase date. All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn, and saleable condition with all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Special Orders or Custom-Designed Pieces
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please start the process through our online portal. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return your item as you are responsible for it until it arrives back to us.
Return Shipping Costs
For your convenience, a pre-paid return shipping label is available for a fee, which will be deducted from your refund. You may also choose to use the carrier of your choice at your own cost.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow time for your financial institution to process the refund. Sale items are eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We are happy to assist you with exchanging an item for a different size or style, subject to availability. Exchanges are processed after the original item is received and inspected.

Gifts
